FBS-EXC Series Bunching Shear for Excavators
Applications: Forestry, plantations,
tree nurseries
Ideal for harvesting and thinning young trees, the FBS Series excavator bunching shear attachments from AHWI are built tough for durability and long life. Both units are designed for strength and low weight, to reduce ground pressure. Models are available for excavators 12 tonnes and upwards. Requires as little as 75 L/min of low flow hydraulics.
Technical Description: AR400 through-hardened blades. The FBS1400 single arm unit can handle diameters up to 355 mm, while the dual action FBS1500 is able to cut trees to 380 mm.
Heavy duty cylinders with large diameter cylinder rods ensure strength and fast cycle times.
