Technical Description: The SF1000 stump grinder is an attachment to carriers with three-point-linkage and PTO drive. A divider gearbox with patented synchronized control distributes the power to power belt drive on both sides of the unit. The drive features a spring-loaded belt tensioner for efficiency and long belt life. The rotor is tipped with 18 fixed carbide tools and 6 wearing plates on each side, to enable side grinding. All wearing parts are attached by bolts and are easy to replace.
The SF1000 is ideally matched for the RT400 Crawler Tractor. The crawler can turn on the vertical axis and then cut stumps sidewise. The SF1000 rotor can also be configured to run in both directions. A hydraulically adjustable splash guard diverts the waste material.

Options: Oil cooling for installations where engine power exceeds 300 HP. Skids for when used as a row grinder.
