FM500 Forestry Mulcher

Applications: Slash reduction, recreating trails,
land clearing, reducing thin timber stands, mulching
slash piles, brush cutting, orchard pruning, tree removal,
pasture restoration, eradicating undesirable vegetation.
Technical Description: The FM500 forestry mulcher head
is a three-point-linkage, PTO driven attachment. The
main gearbox divides the power to both sides of the
power belt driven rotor. The rotor is tipped with individually
fixed carbide hammers, which are easily replaced. A
hydraulically operated follow-up and protection flap
provides best after-grinding.
Accessories: Hydraulic
or fixed push-bar and hydraulic top-link, third counter
blade with wearing teeth, skids for working deeper in
the soil, torque safety.
Options: Power up to 180 HP, synchronization
control for gearbox, rotor drive hydraulically or with
mounted engine, different working widths and rotor models
available.
